Nelson

we are moving. and sometimes i just find it easier to say with pictures. i tend to wear my heart on my sleeve. tell it like i feel. i am sad to be leaving wellington. it has been our home for five years. i have made some incredible friends here. met some incredible people. and have had some incredible people open up their hearts and allow me to capture their moments. thank you.
i will be back in wellington. alot. and i can’t wait for my big city fix every couple of months. i will keep you updated for when i will be back and forth.
but we are moving closer to family and, to a lifestyle that suits our family a little more. we are craving beaches and bush tracks. life a little more laid back. i am a south islander. and i am tearful and happy to be going back. not to where i was born – but to a place that has inched closer and closer to our hearts over the last few years.
so here are some photos of why we love it.  and why it nelson is so special to us.
where i did this for the first time on our honeymoon.

where some of our favourite people now live who danced like this at our wedding…..

where the beaches look like this

where we got married

and more of the people we love did this – right after our ceremony finished on the beach

where we have spent time with some of the people we love the most

where i did this

fell like this

and felt like this

there is a high possibility seeing as her mutti and pops live there talei will spend a bit more time doing this
and this
and where i hope to see a little more of this person. my little brother if you can’t tell.
