today. of all days. our very loved. rather large caterpillar. who turned into a chrysalis. and has been hanging for what has now seemed like weeks. emerged. in front of our eyes. and it was breathtakingly beautiful. in the very early golden morning light. streaming through our kitchen. watched with large eyes. sunlight wrapping through her golden curls.
and i thought. today. of all days. thank you. for showing what emerges. something so beautiful. today of all days. was. utterly. utterly. perfect.
